Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Golden Living Homecare is looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You’ll help clients live comfortably and independently in their homes while providing the care and companionship they deserve.

Working Conditions

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
Run errands and assist with transportation
Help with mobility and transfers (as needed)
Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition

Qualifications and Skills

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
Reliable, compassionate, and respectful
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check and complete required training
