Golden Living Homecare is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR / Billing & Payroll Clerk to support our growing non-medical homecare agency. This dual-role position is responsible for managing caregiver hiring and compliance, as well as handling payroll processing and billing tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Working Conditions

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Recruit, screen, and onboard new caregivers
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with agency policies
Coordinate caregiver orientation and training
Monitor credentials, background checks, and required documents
Support caregiver relations and assist with HR-related inquiries

Billing & Payroll:

Process payroll for caregivers based on time reports and client schedules
Generate and send invoices to clients and payor sources
Maintain accurate records of payments and billing statements
Assist with timesheet verification and payroll adjustments
Ensure timely submission of reports and tax forms

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in HR, payroll, or billing (preferably in homecare or healthcare)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and confidentiality
Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting software
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
High school diploma required, Associate’s or higher preferred
